Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to produce my DTF transfers order?
We aim to produce our transfers order during the same day. In example, if we receive the order in the morning, we try to produce it and ship before the end of working hours
In some days we may be busier and production can take from 12 to 48 hours.
What are the shipping times?
Lithuania – 1-2 working days.
Baltic states 1-3 working days.
Europe 2-5 working days
EXPRESS shipping 1-2 working days worldwide
What if the colors do not match?
It is a rare case as we have accurately calibrated DTF printers.
However, if this happens we run multiple tests and produce another batch of the same order with improved colors.
Can I order samples?
We offer free samples to new potential customers. You can find them here.
If you have concerns about your designs, you can place an order with multiple small prints that you use in your business.
This ensures that once you receive the large order of transfers you will not run into problems.
Also we can run a few small tests and send you some pictures to ensure that the colors or details are printed correctly.
What if the files are not prepared correctly and the prints come out faulty?
It is the customer’s sole responsibility that the files meet our requirements, that your can find below. If the files are not prepared correctly the printer may not produce the result expected from looking into the computer screen.
However, before or at the beginning of the printing, we may notice that the files have not been prepared correctly and may ask you (or help you) to make improvements. This way we ensure that the transfers come out in the best possible quality.
Print file requirements
In what format should I prepare the files?
We prepare files for printing in .png format because: this format offers the best possible image quality and is the only format that supports transparent backgrounds.
If your print files are vector (.pdf, .ai, .svg), we convert them into suitable print files ourselves.
Quality
In order to obtain the highest quality print, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements.
Minimum requirements: Dimensions of the longest side: 5000px. Resolution: 300DPI.
Cropping
Files must be cropped within the desired graphics, eg:
Color mode
Work on CMYK documents.
Avoid fluorescent colors.
Contrary to what it seems, the RGB profile we see on screens is wider than CMYK. This includes, for example, fluorescent colors. Unfortunately, these colors, like all colors not included in CMYK, cannot be printed. The result will be dull, the color will not be extracted.
Avoid micro-details.
After cropping or file management, there are often many micro-details that need to be removed.
These micro details can be printed, therefore, to avoid unplanned disturbances, it is necessary to take into account whether your file is in order.
Avoid transparency.
Print files must have 100% opacity. The file must not contain transparent details.
If transparent details are necessary and cannot be removed, we recommend placing a white background under the transparent details.
How do I know if my file is 100% opacity?
In the program you use to prepare the files, place a colored background under the desired graphic. If the transparency grid is visible, the file is transparent.
In conclusion:
File has to have 100% opacity.
File has to be in .png format;
File has to have transparent background;
