Production

We aim to produce our transfers order during the same day. In example, if we receive the order in the morning, we try to produce it and ship before the end of working hours

In some days we may be busier and production can take from 12 to 48 hours.

Shipping

Shipping phase begins after production time.

Lithuania – 1-2 working days.
Baltic states 1-3 working days.
Europe 2-5 working days

EXPRESS shipping 1-2 working days worldwide

Returns

If we produce faulty transfers you can easily return them and get a refund.

However you must understand that it is a custom made product and you must prepare the files according to our requirements. If it is the customers fault that results in faulty prints – we cannot issue a refund.

Also we recommend to order test samples or ask us to test and show some print pictures. We are very ongoing and will try to meet your quality needs!

Tracking

You can track your parcel online. Find the tracking number by logging into your account.
